The Silver Service is perfect for a small gathering requiring amplification for up to 50 people with up to 4 microphones (microphones provided).

The Gold Service is perfect for a small gathering requiring amplification for 50 to 300 people with up to 12 microphones/inputs (microphones provided).

About Us
JND Audio Visual began in 2004 as a radio show. With about four months remaining in the Navy, T.J. “The DJ” Thompson first aired “The Jivin’ N Drivin’ (JND) Show” Sunday, July 4, 2004 on 88.7, WFOS-FM in Chesapeake, Virginia. WFOS instilled a passion for broadcast radio and electronics in Thompson during high school, prior to his enlistment in 1998.
Within a year Thompson was booking bands played on his radio show. By late 2005 he took his studio skills live and started mixing bands. His focus was honky tonk, rockabilly, punk, and local independent bands but his ear and passion for music allowed him to work with any client.
Over the next decade Thompson worked with bands across Hampton Roads, VA (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, Yorktown, James City County) mixing audio and lights plus promoting and producing live events. Unfortunately, his service-related disabilities caused him to have to step away from live events production in 2017.
Fast-forward to 2022 and Thompson began playing bluegrass music with friends and reignited his passion of working on stages again. In 2023 he began buying gear to mix his own projects live. 2024 brought Thompson into his first nonprofit program and curriculum development consulting gig training under-represented groups across the U.S. Southeast, including Puerto Rico, in emergency communications and ham licensing. He recorded his first music album with Guardian Encore Revival Records February 2025. Completing the year-long nonprofit project July 2025 and renewing the contract pushed Thompson to fully create a live events production and consulting LLC, JND Audio Visual.
